This blog is about buzzing. Above is Bill with our neighbor's chainsaw. Chainsaws go "buzz."

Above is Bill with his long hair. Below is our neighbor's yard with its many trees. Both are in need of a trim.

Billy is majoring in English and has expressed an interest in going on for a master's degree, prompting his parents to say, "Does Billy really want to go on for a post-graduate degree in English? Isn't he aware that it's not a terribly marketable field?" OK, I simply need to look at the picture of the young man in the tree above and say to myself, "Thank goodness my son isn't a tree trimmer. He could fall and hurt himself."

Take a close look at the tallest tree in the above photo; there is a long rope attached to it. In the following picture, the tree is in the process of being felled. (Is "being felled" English?)

Below is Bill with Kara. Look at all that untidy hair hanging from his head. Bill has a widow's peak.

Below is a picture of our tree. Our tree has a "widow maker." It's that large limb suspended over the cherry picker.

Here is Bill with a mullet. Kara was having fun at Bill's expense.

Can trees have mullets?

Here is a happy Bill.

Here is our neighbor's yard. It's only partially trimmed. I don't think our neighbor is happy. In fact, he is so disgusted with the storm that he's having every tree removed from his yard. Later, the stumps will be ground down.

This is what remained after Bill's trim.

This is what remained after our tree was trimmed.

And that's the buzz!
